Refund policy

Returns
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Give us a call and we will be glad to help you out.

To start a return, please can contact us at info@platewarmer.com. t. 1-800-883-6698. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We kindly ask that you send the package back to us prepaid by post. We will issue you a $10.00 of refund for shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Upon receipt of the product we will issue you a full refund back to your original method pf payment within 5 business days. Even Exchange - Plate Warmer
If you are not pleased with the color of your Waterbridge Plate Warmer slip cover, we will gladly exchange it for a color of your choice at no cost. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
